Hello, Mr. Chambers. We have a mission for you! Hans Nemesis has gotten into the potato business. We think it's something else. Go check it out.
— British Government Contact

When We Were Very Small - Walkie Talkie Mission is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: London 1961 available during London Chapter 1: When We Were Very Small, given to the protagonist by the Government of the United Kingdom. The mission is available after attempting the phonebox missions in Southwest City in London.

Description[]

The mission begins with the protagonist receiving a message from the Cartwright Gang contact, telling that Harold needs a Jug Swinger for his mother's 60th birthday, and telling the location of said car in front of the Buckingham Palace in Central Westminster.

It turns out that it belongs to secret agent Endeavour Chambers, and the protagonist receives a top secret job from the Secret Service as soon as they enter the car, with Chambers' superior taking the protagonist as Chambers. He will tell the protagonist that the leader of Austrian terrorist cell Hans Nemesis has apparently gotten into the potato business, and they suspect that he's planning something and tells him to go check it out. The protagonist drives to Hans Nemesis potato business in West Southwark, steals one of his Potato Trucks, and delivers it to a secret garage in East Bermondsey for analysis.

They find out that the Potato Trucks are carrying explosives, so they tell the protagonist to meet Grandpa in the Westminster Abbey, and plants explosives in his Wheelchair. The agent will tell the protagonist to park the Jug Swinger outside Nemesis' hideout in East Bermondsey to cause a distraction, and then, get in the TV Van behind the warehouse.

Once the protagonist gets inside the TV Van, he will remotely control Grandpa's Wheelchair and uses it's explosives to destroy Nemesis' warehouse. After the warehouse gets blown up, the protagonist will be told that Nemesis has fled the country, and his explosive potato ring has been taken down.

Reward[]

The player will be awarded a +1 score multiplier and 4,000 points for completing the mission.
