The West River is a river in Grand Theft Auto IV, Episodes from Liberty City and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars that separates Alderney and Algonquin, Liberty City.
Influence[]
Geographically, it is based on the Hudson River, although the river's name derives from the East River (in-game depicted as the Humboldt River), which runs along the eastern coast of Manhattan, separating it from Long Island.
