Toilet Cleaner is a fictional drug mentioned in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.
Description[]
It is advertised on the radio and is sold via the website www.toiletcleaneronline.com (though not purchasable by the player). The drug is also frequently mentioned in various shows, such as Blaine County Talk Radio and The Underbelly Of Paradise, both of which imply that the drug induces tendencies of coprophagia in its users.
In a War on Drugs report, Weazel News claims that a Toilet Cleaner epidemic is sweeping across Los Santos. The drug received little news coverage as it devastated rednecks, but as the demand transitioned to urban areas and ruined middle-class lives, officials now warn against smoking it. Doctors confirm that the drug makes users consume feces. During a subsequent news broadcast, a San Andreas state senator lobbying for a Toilet Cleaner ban was caught smoking the drug, but he claimed the substance was a "harmless herbal tobacco."
It appears to be a variation of crystal meth (consumed by smoking, causes a "high" feeling, produced by being cooked), however, the inconspicuous name, its semi-legal status, and packaging labeled "not suitable for human consumption" are references to bath salts. The logo's color and text coordination may be influenced by the laundry detergent "Daz", as well as by the spill cleaner company "Spill Magic".
