The store is believed to be owned by Tim Vapid, an author and clothing expert. Window displays indicate it sells menswear. Their "Au Naturel" billboards indicate it may also sell men's fragrances. The store is inaccessible to the player, and it plays no role in the story whatsoever.
The brand is also featured in the Leopolds store, also located in Rockford Hills.

Much like Tim Vapid himself, the store is probably based on Tom Ford's clothing stores.
The building is a replica of the main building at 9501 - 9519 Wilshire Boulevard[1] which anchors Two Rodeo (aka Via Rodeo), where there is a Vilebrequin fashion store with similar colored awnings over the windows.
