The store is located in Hashbury, San Fierro. It is a racial slur for the people of the South Asian descent (i.e. Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Sri Lankans). As stereotypical as it may be, it is not uncommon for immigrants to seek help and assistance from embassies who represent their nationality. It is inaccessible to CJ and plays no role in the storyline whatsoever.
