Statue of Freedom?[]
I was taking Brucie to the Statue of Happiness by boat and when we got on the boat, Brucie said that I should take them to see the "Statue of Freedom", but the text said Statue of Happiness. Was the statue originally called Statue of Freedom? --Bippo Ernesti 21:43, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
- It seems interesting.Either Brucie changed the name or a mistake-User:BloodyGTA
- There are a few possibilities. It might have been called the Statue of Freedom early in the game's development and they never changed Brucie's line. I don't think it was a mistake to have Brucie say freedom, but it is possible that some people (including Brucie), call it that for some reason, and that Rockstar intentionally made the person who voiced Brucie say freedom to show this. - I figure you guys have been thinking too much about this. IMHO it's just the actor who voices Brucie slipped off and accidentally said "liberty" because it's what it is in our real lives. Maybe Rockstar only discovered this mistake after the recording was done and decided it was minor enough to not be worthy of all the problem of re-recording. An easily imaginable scenario. I've just seen a closeup of the statues face and she does look a lot like Hilary Clinton LOLAndrew nicholson 18:21, July 23, 2010 (UTC)
