Puerto Del Sol Marina is a marina located in Puerto Del Sol, Los Santos in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.

Description[]

It can be acquired as a property by all three protagonists as soon as a new game is started, and the characters are unlocked. Before update 1.16, this cost $75,000 in the original versions of the game. It is based on the Marina Del Rey in Los Angeles.

After downloading the 1.16 update in the original versions of the game, the players will have the marina available for free, as the Speeder will be ready to be used for them. Boats purchased from DockTease.com will spawn in one of the docks. All three protagonists can own a berth at the marina simultaneously. In the Enhanced versions of the game, however, the players must still purchase it themselves even if they have a Rockstar Games Social Club account linked to the game.

Trivia[]

  • For some reason, the entrance sign says Puerta Del Sol (Spanish for doorway of the sun), while everywhere else in the game the marina is referred to as Puerto Del Sol.
    • Puerto Del Sol means 'port of the sun' in Spanish.
  • Michael De Santa presumably kept his Yacht here, as after it is stolen in Father/Son, he can be seen in Switch Scenes leaning on the railing looking over the water, commenting either angrily about Jimmy or about how much he misses his boat.
    • Despite this, Michael does not own a dock slip, unless the player chooses to buy one.
