The store is located in Montgomery and Blueberry, Red County. This is a reference to the "Local Shop for Local People", in the BBC sitcom, The League of Gentlemen. It is inaccessible to the player and plays no role in the storyline whatsoever. They are only seen in these countryside towns as a joke with the xenophobic/racist and poorly alphabetized redneck stereotype.
