There is a Liberty Sex business in the Red Light District in Portland, and one in Bedford Point in Staunton Island. The company's logo can be found on Mules throughout the city. The name is a play on Liberty X, a British R&B/electronic group who were active between 2001 and 2008.
The store is inaccessible to the player and plays no role in the storyline whatsoever.
