The brand is first featured in Grand Theft Auto IV, where it is said to be sold in Spender's, Brawls, and Leopolds stores. The brand is also featured on Peepthatshit.com in the "Hip Hop" section, as well as on a billboards in Algonquin. One billboard depicts a man wearing a shirt with a NOOSE emblem on it, with a Pistol in the waistband of his pants and a chain around his neck. Another depicts a sitting African-American man (an edited version of Brucie Kibbutz's picture from his website, replacing him with a generic m_y_pharlem_01 pedestrian) in a dapper suit and hat, looking at a hooker in front of him.
In Grand Theft Auto V, the brand can be seen on several NPC and character outfits, and is a brand especially favored by Jimmy De Santa. In Grand Theft Auto Online. a green Fruntalot hat is sold in Sub Urban and Discount Store stores
Influence[]
Fruntalot is most likely a parody of streetwear/sportswear brands with a hip-hop aesthetic, such as FUBU and Nike. The motto "Just say you did it" is a clear reference to the Nike "Just Do It" slogan. The name refers to "fronting", the act of assuming a false facade to impress others. This is further backed up by its slogan.
