The Betsy O'Neil Pavilion, also known as the Betsy O'Neil Playhouse, is a large performing arts center in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.
Description[]
The pavilion is bordered by San Andreas Avenue and Palomino Avenue in Little Seoul, Los Santos, with Ginger Street passing under it through a tunnel. The pavilion is named after the famous Vinewood actress Betsy O'Neil. When standing close to the building, an orchestra practicing their instruments can be heard through the walls. The building is inaccessible to the player and plays no role in the storyline whatsoever.
The exterior of the building features colorful banners advertising the various acts performing at the center, all performed by the L.S. Philharmonic (shortened to L.S. Phil on the banners) and featuring Nogo Vodka as a sponsor:

Influence[]
The building is heavily based on the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Los Angeles[1], one of the largest performing arts centers in the United States.
