In GTA Vice City, the salon is located in Little Haiti, Vice City Mainland, Vice City. In GTA San Andreas, the salon is located in Angel Pine, Whetstone, San Andreas. Both locations can be found on a corner, between Leydi D. Café and Billy's Records. In both games, the stores are inaccessible to the player and play no role in the storyline whatsoever. Belle Maitresse is French for "Beautiful Mistress".
In 1984, during the events of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, the shop is absent and an unnamed business is in its place.[1]
