The Avery Construction Site is a location featured in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
Description[]
The site is a construction project for an office building being developed by Avery Construction, the real estate company owned by Texan magnate Avery Carrington. The site is located in Vice Point, behind the Tooled Up. Carrington personally manages the site while he stays in Vice City, setting up a makeshift office in his black Stretch. It is from this limo in the site that Carrington gives all his missions to Tommy Vercetti.
After completing the mission Demolition Man, the site is expanded when Carrington purchases another development across the street from his, after Vercetti destroys the building that had been undergoing construction in the adjacent site and Carrington is able to purchase it at a reduced cost.

- In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, the boats on the body of water north of the bombed construction site (which is a park during GTA Vice City Stories) are always crashing into the land, as well as sometimes spawning partly inside the land. This is a result of expanding the land further north, narrowing the natural water passage between the park and the small island of Leaf Links, while at the same time not updating the boat's AI paths, instead directly reusing them from GTA Vice City.
