Encore is a leading solar and energy storage developer based in Burlington, Vermont, and selected GreenSpark as the EPC for its 3.6MW solar array in Constable, NY. This agrivoltaic solar project will support the growing demand for solar energy in New York State.
GreenSpark partnered with Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure (KSI) and AC Power to provide the engineering, procurement, and construction for this 6.9 MW solar array located on an old landfill in Fort Edwards, NY. This community solar project will provide clean energy to more than 800 local households and provide the following environmental impact each year:

Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure, AC Power, and GreenSpark Solar announced the commercial operation of a 6.9 MW community solar landfill project located in the Town of Fort Edward, NY, owned by KSI, developed by AC Power, and built by GreenSpark. The project is set to deliver clean, renewable energy to more than 800 local households, and the group of stakeholders is celebrating with a virtual ribbon cutting later this month.
New York, June 5th, 2024 – Today, leading national renewable energy provider Pivot Energy, and industry-leading engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) provider, GreenSpark Solar, announced the completion of a four project Upstate New York solar portfolio with agrivoltaics. The over 22 Megawatt DC (MWdc) portfolio is a crucial step towards New York’s goal of reaching 70% renewable energy by 2030 and a zero-emission electric grid by 2040.

Located in Grand Island, NY, this project is owned by Nautilus Solar Energy, who partnered with GreenSpark to provide the primary engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for this solar array. GreenSpark partners on this project included local experts Schuler-Haas Electric Corp and Hewitt Young Electric LLC.
