@ClearlyClaire since I bumped the rubocop versions that had some new rules, this shows the regen of the .rubocop-todo.yml that would be used to ignore those new rules till they can be looked at individually |

Regenerated the TODO file since there were some other PRs that had cleaned up some of them. Opted in the
configfolder, and regenerated the TODO again without changing any of the files
