I has over 21 years experience in the area of Information Technology of which 18 years are unique in free and open-source software. I am a partner of PloneGov communities such as IMIO (old CommunesPlone) in Belgium; Interlegis in Brazilian Federal Senate.

Also I am a Open source activist and contributor for several projects like Opencore Software used in the CoActivate.org initiative in USA, the World Forum Social platform called "OpenFSM" used in France, Africa and Canaima GNU/Linux (a Debian-based GNU/Linux distribution from Venezuelan government).

As an Odoo applications developer, I was created Odoo customs solutions for Odoo localizations (Venezuelan and El Salvador) with Odoo 9 and Odoo 13 versions based. Also I worked as an Odoo 9 functional instructor to build websites with e-commerce and CRM solutions, creating custom themes Bootstrap based at the University of the Andes in Venezuela. I am an Odoo activist, offering contributions to Spanish translations to OpenERP/Odoo Venezuelan localization for Vauxoo (a Odoo partner), Odoo.com website on several website add-ons using Transifex platform, also I help to translate into Spanish the Odoo Development Essentials Book.
