The Canine General's Special Operations is the first act of Gorou's Hangout Event.
In order to unlock this quest line, the player needs 2 Story Keys, must have reached Adventure Rank 30, and completed the Archon Quest Chapter II: Act III - Omnipresence Over Mortals, and Sangonomiya Kokomi's Story Quest, Dracaena Somnolenta Chapter: Act I - Warriors' Dreams Like Spring Grass Renewing.
