Munaciello was an open-world NPC located in Poisson, Belleau Region, Fontaine, before the Archon Quest Deluge of Wrathful Waters in Chapter IV: Act V - Masquerade of the Guilty.

The Munaciello (Neopolitan: "little monk") is a legendary sprite of Neapolitan folklore. A spirit of both benevolent and mischievous nature, he is usually represented as a deformed boy or person of short stature, dressed in a habit and silver buckles on his shoes.
