Mondstadt Mansion: Windward Manor is a Mondstadt-themed Mansion for the Serenitea Pot. It comes with the Realm Cool Isle.
A copy of Mondstadt Mansion: Windward Manor is obtainable from Tubby for reaching Trust Rank 7.
The mansion can be entered to place furnishings.

The standard Ceiling Lamp used in Southeast-Side Inner Room, South-Side Inner Room, North-Side Inner Room and the Corridor is "Night of the Party Pumpkins." It has a load amount of 305. Therefore, the actual usable load amount is 3695 for each room and 8495 for the Corridor. This only applies if using the standard Ceiling Lamp (or another Ceiling Lamp with the same load amount).
The Main Hall doesn't use any Ceiling Lamps.
