Etsu (Japanese: 悦 Etsu) is a quest-exclusive NPC that appears in Heizou Talks Fraud in Shikanoin Heizou's Hangout Event: Act I - Trap 'Em by Storm.

Etsu was a scam artist from Inazuma who was caught by Heizou, arrested and sentenced to prison and community service. After she was released from prison, she performed community service at the Grand Narukami Shrine. During Heizou's Hangout Event, Heizou and the Traveler invited her to attend the Heizou Talks Fraud and act as a scam artist, promising to take five days off her community service if she did.
