Albert is an open-world NPC in the City of Mondstadt. He can be found near the entrance of the Favonius Cathedral at daytime. Albert, being a diehard fan of Barbara, is the leader of the Barbara Fan Club.

Albert is the leader of the Barbara Fan Club in Mondstadt. His obsession with Barbara is because of her idol status, and he can be found standing outside of the Favonius Cathedral during the day, where he is often chased away by the other sisters.
