I Feel Sorry For GB

I'm so sorry you guys in (the formerly) Great Britain that have no right to free speech. You're now being punished for speech that some politician dislikes, whether it's true or not. You can no longer speak your mind without the threat of being punished with prison time. You are all political prisoners and most of you don't even realize it. Your entire country is being overrun with immigrants that your politicians allowed, and even encouraged, and it's all being paid for by you.

We may be headed in the same direction, but at least we have the Constitution with the Bill of Rights, and the 1st and 2nd Amendments in particular, that at least give us a fighting chance.

Alarmists are once again spouting we're all gonna die from an ozone depletion hoax. The false narrative that chlorofluorocarbons cause ozone depletion was perpetrated by the freon industry who's products were about to hit the patent expiration date, thus allowing competition that would bring the prices down drastically. Every time a patent is about to expire the same thing happens all over again. Chlorofluorocarbons are heavier than air and there is no way possible for it to magically float up into the ozone layer. We've all been had with these hoaxes, just to take more money out of your pocket.

Viasat doesn't have a chance of existing with it's geostationary satellites anyway. Their service is overpriced, underperforming, and has high latency. Starlink costs less, has a much higher bandwidth, and very low latency due to much less distance to the satellite. Viasat is bleeding customers to Starlink. Isn't it odd that SpaceX, Starlink's owner, is carrying competitive satellites into orbit?

I'm starting to get lots and lots of telemarketing scam calls that are spoofing local numbers. The telco's could prevent the spoofing if they wanted to by replacing the Caller ID with the ANI.
