Looks at Ubiquity Wi-Fi access point. There are some things that Coper is still good for. Glass / plastic is an insulator PoE needs metal.

Does the router power the Media Converter? No.

Does the router have a battery backup? No.

Is there a domestic UPS that could monitor battery state and supply power to two physical locations? Yes but it costs £1000s.

(I have a CPAP machine the first thing you know when the UPS battery fails is you cant breath considering a 10kWh home battery)
