Lady Byng Memorial Trophy, aikaisemmin Lady Byng Trophy, on palkinto, jonka NHL jakaa vuosittain pelaajalle, joka on osoittanut kauden aikana parasta urheiluhenkeä ja herrasmiesmäistä käytöstä yhdistettynä pelin hyvään tasoon. Voittajasta äänestävät runkosarjan lopussa jääkiekkotoimittajat.[1][2]
Palkinto on nimetty Kanadan kenraalikuvernöörinä toimineen sotamarsalkka Julian Byngin puolison lady Evelyn Byngin kunniaksi. Molemmat olivat suuria urheilun ja etenkin jääkiekon ystäviä. Lady Byng lahjoitti ensimmäisen palkinnon kaudelle 1924–1925.[1][2]
Kun New York Rangersin Frank Boucher voitti Lady Byng Trophyn seitsemännen kerran kahdeksaan vuoteen kaudella 1934–1935, pokaali annettiin hänelle omaksi ja lady Byng lahjoitti uuden palkinnon. Lady Byngin kuoltua vuonna 1949 NHL otti käyttöön uuden palkinnon ja nimesi tämän Lady Byng Memorial Trophyksi.[1][2]
Ainoat suomalaiset, jotka on palkittu Lady Byng Memorial Trophyllä, ovat Jari Kurri ja Aleksander Barkov.[1][2]
