Bazneh (Persian: بازنه)[a] was a village in Qarah Kahriz Rural District of the Central District of Shazand County, Markazi province, Iran.

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 3,900 in 988 households.[2] Bazneh was not listed in the following census of 2011.[4] The rural district had been transferred to the newly established Qarah Kahriz District.

In July 2013, Bazneh and the village of Hafteh were merged to become the city of Shahbaz.[5]
