29 May, 2020: East Coast Datacom, Inc., a leader in the design and manufacture of communication products, announces the transition to IEC 62368-1 Safety Certification for Information and Communication Technology Equipment. The new 62368-1 Safety Certification is being completed by TÜV SÜD America and will provide continued site certification at the East Coast Datacom, Inc. manufacturing facility.

The IEC 62368-1 compliance is mandated for all communications products with power supplies before the end of December 2020.
