Stephen Root is an American actor, voice actor, and comedian. Some of his most notable roles are Jimmy James in the NBC sitcom NewsRadio, Milton Waddams in the 1999 black comedy film Office Space, and Gordon Pibb in the 2004 sports comedy film Dodgeball. He also voiced Frank in the 2002 Blue Sky Studios film Ice Age, Doc Kenny in the 2011 Paramount/Nickelodeon animated film Rango, and Bill Dauterive and Buck Strickland in the Fox animated sitcom King of the Hill.
His Disney roles include Zeb Zoober in The Country Bears, Bubbles in Disney/Pixar's Finding Nemo, Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage, and Finding Dory, Winchell P.
