Phillip "Phil" LaMarr is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, and writer. He is best known for voicing numerous characters in animated shows.
For Disney, he voiced Carver Descartes in The Weekenders and is the current voice of Phoebus, whom he voiced in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance (replacing Kevin Kline). He also voiced one of the 2 Guyz N the Parque in Phineas and Ferb, Wheezy in Toy Story 3: The Video Game, Marcus Underwood in Milo Murphy's Law, Goigoi and Shingo in The Lion Guard, Topi in the 2019 remake of The Lion King, and provided additional voices in Ron's Gone Wrong. Additionally, he played Dr. Holloway in the ABC TV show Castle, Archie in The Real O'Neals, Steve Duncan in Grey's Anatomy, Miss Piggy's doctor in The Muppets episode "Generally Inhospitable", and a Pyke Boss and Klatoonian Boss in The Book of Boba Fett.
