Wixom Station, a 147-seat dining spot at 29115 Pontiac Trail, opened a little over a week ago. The restaurant is a new concept by Tony and Frank Shushtari, owners of Loccino Italian Grill in Troy and Alfoccino restaurants in Farmington Hills and Auburn Hills, and partner Simon Gorvokovic. DBusiness Daily News's Izzi Bendall Joseph reports that the former executive chef of Loccino designed an Americanized menu with items like cheese-stuffed tortellini and hand-cut filet mignon

Early reviews of the restaurant have been mixed. One Yelp reviewer claims they suffered a long wait and over-salted clam chowder, while another commenter says the breadsticks are "fantastic" and fish tacos are "great."
