In true Sylvia Rector form, this write-up of the new New Hellas Greek restaurant in Farmington Hills manages to be kind of like a review without actually reviewing anything. The new New Hellas is a fitting tribute to the old New Hellas of downtown's Greektown, with the last executive chef from the old restaurant in the new kitchen. The space they've chosen, site of a reformatted Morels by embattled restauranteur Matt Prentice that closed after less than a year in business, opens today. [Freep]
