1. Die geführten statischen Nachweise sind grundsätzlich im ungünstigsten Lastfall, also bei
maximaler Bewegungsaufnahme der Profilkonstruktion, geführt worden. Die Veranke-
rung ist auf die wirkenden Zugkräfte abgestimmt und gewährleistet somit ein funktio-
nierendes System.
Für die Verankerung sind Fischer-Reaktionsanker, -Zykonanker bzw. Multiflexanker vor-
gesehen (Dübelkennwerte beachten!).
Die zulässigen Belastbarkeiten sind nur in Verbindung mit diesen oder gleichwertigen
Systemen, welche jedoch auf Ihre Zweckmäßigkeit zu prüfen sind, gegeben.

Fischer resin anchors R 8, Fischer ZYKON anchors or Multiflex anchors are provided as
anchorage (dowel plug fixing information is below!).
The permissible load capacities are guaranteed only in conjunction with these or similar
fixing elements which have to be checked for their suitability.

Montageempfehlung / installation recommendation

Aluminiumoberflächen, die nachfolgend eine Haftung mit

dem Bodenbelag eingehen sollen, säubern und ggf. mit
handelsüblichen Reinigungsmitteln entfetten und grun-
dieren.
Profile auf die vorbereitete, planebene Epoxidharzausgle-
ichsschicht (Abb. 1) legen und darauf achten, daß eine
hohlraumfreie, satte Auflage der seitlichen Profilunterseiten
gegeben ist. Mit einem Gummihammer satt in die Epoxid-
harzschicht einarbeiten und auf Oberkante Fertigbelag ein-
nivellieren (Abb. 2). Überstehende Epoxidharzschicht sofort
glätten.

Verbindungsstücke in die dafür vorgesehenen Profilöffnun-
gen einstecken und die Profile nach Aushärtung der Epox-
idharzschicht kraftschlüssig verankern, Montagetraversen
entfernen (Abb. 3 und Abb. 4).
Die Profileinlagen sind im Stoßbereich bauseits zu ver-
schweißen. Diese Arbeit ist sehr sorgfältig durchzuführen,
da bei unsachgemäßer Verschweißung keine Wasser-
dichtigkeit gegeben ist (Verschweißung mit Funkenprüfgerät
auf Dichtigkeit prüfen).

ing must be cleaned and degreased with commercial
detergents and primer-coat applied.
Place profile onto the prepared, epoxy-resin levelling bed
(ill. 1) and ensure that the profile undersides rest flat on the
layer without any hollows or cavities. Force the profile into
the epoxy-resin bed with use of a rubber hammer, gently
tapping profile to level out with the upper edge of the
finished flooring (ill. 2). Excess epoxy resin must be removed
immediately and smoothed off.
At point where consequitive lengths abutt, they must be level
and aligned. Insert the jointing elements into the profile slots
provided for this purpose. After the epoxy-resin levelling

ening of the the profiles must be fastened, and cross-bar
spacers removed (ill. 3 and ill.4).
The profile inserts must welded together on site at the joints.
This work must be done with great care. The insert is not wa-
tertight if the weld is improperly performed (check welds for
tightness with a spark tester).

Muttern der werkseitigen Verschraubungen des Profiles

lösen, Profileinlage anpassen und genau am herausragen-
den Schraubengewinde lochen oder aufbohren (Locheisen,
Lochzange oder Bohrmaschine), im Aluminiumprofil ein-
drücken und auf planebenen Sitz achten (Abb. 5 und Abb. 6).
Edelstahlkappe seitlich auf die Schraubengewinde aufset-
zen und mit den vorher gelösten Muttern verschrauben.
Am Anfang und am Ende einer Edelstahlkappenlänge
(maximal nach 100 mm) die erste Verschraubung setzen
(Abb. 7). Bei bauseits angepaßten Längen ist ggf. eine neue
Bohrung in der Edelstahlkappe anzubringen. Vor Ein-
bringung des Bodenbelages ist seitlich vom Profil eine Fuge Abb. /Ill. 5
abzustellen, die nach Aushärtung des Belages elastisch – nach
Angaben des Herstellers – verfugt werden muß (Abb. 8).

Slacken and remove the nuts of the factory-installed profile

bolts, the profile insert will need to be punched by use of
punch or drill (hollow punch, punch pliers or electric drill), to
fit over the bolts shaft. Place insert onto the projecting bolts and
press insert onto profile and ensure a level fit (ill. 5 and ill. 6).
Place stainless steel cap from onto the projecting bolt threads
and bolt with the previously slackened nuts. Place the first
and last bolt (ill. 7) at the beginning and the end of a stain-
less steel cap length (after 100 mm at maximum). In the 69
event of the lengths adapted to customer requirements it Abb. /Ill. 6
may be necessary to drill a new hole into the stainless steel
cap. Before laying of the surface finishes, a joint must be
provided on the side of the profile, which has to be sealed
with a mastic in accordance with the supplier’s instructions
after full hardening of the surface finish (ill. 8).
