What a Mess: Take a Break is a side mission in Control – the last one, not counting the "another fine messes" in the Investigations Sector, of the janitor's assistant's 'tasks'. It is obtained when Jesse Faden returns to the Janitor's Office after having eradicated even more Mold.
Overview[]
Fitting for a break, not much is going on during this mission. In fact, there is even nothing to note in the mission log nor any objective to complete. Jesse just walks into the office, takes a seat on the couch while resting her feet on the table, and is contemplating that this "is what being a janitor's all about" before having a short nap.
After waking up, she notices "proper janitor attire" for her to take from the pinboard where otherwise Ahti's chores are posted. She takes it.
Rewards[]
Besides an uncommon Mod and an equally uncommon Threshold Remnant, Jesse receives four Ability Points and the "Janitor's Assistant" outfit for having helped out Ahti so much.
