“We loved working with Killeen Studio Architects. We needed drawings to buid a laundry area in our 100-year-old St. Louis condo. The project included demolition of a closet that divided the condo’s large hall into two awkward spaces. Our new laundry is still under construction but we can already see it makes better use of the space. Mike Killeen and his team not only turned the drawings around fast, but also gave us advice, ideas and the names of trusted contractors. The whole experience was very professional, the drawings were exactly what we needed and the price was reasonable. We will certainly use Killeen Studio for our next project and I have no hesitation recommending them to others.”

“After doing extensive research and talking to multiple contractors I settles on Mr & Mrs. Construction for my bathroom renovation project. From initial consultion to design to picking of tiles and materials they were always there to guide us when we needed it. Lital was the project manager for us and she was a pleasure to deal with. “Northalnd Design and Build made our home remodel a great experience. Gina, the designer, quickly grasped our vision and directed our search, making it fun and productive. She showed excellent ability to take our vision and turn it into something even better. She was very receptive to our ideas and "monkey wrenches." We had just the right amount of control over decisions to not be overwhelmed and to have an end result that was truly ours. Rod, the contractor, took everything we threw at him and made it work. They finished on time, to the day. There were no surprises along the way. Any issues that we identified were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. The workmanship is top notch. The subs were professional and did an excellent quality of work. Our herringbone back splash is the "star" that everyone compliments. The whole team at Northland Design and Build is fantastic and we could not have asked for a better, more trustworthy group to remodel our home.”

“We are so happy with our experience! The architect and also the GC, Woody was so immersed, dedicated to our project- he guided us when decisions had to be made with excellent communications skills and also humor! It was exciting to see it all happen- and it was on time! We were living in the basement during the renovation and one night, it was storming, pouring rain- and this was before we had the roof completed, and he shows up in the middle of the night just to check on things to make sure water wasn't coming in! He was also very good at keeping us in-check with our budget. We are very happy with our new home!!”
