Tom Lee is a judge for the First Circuit Court of Laramie County, Wyoming. He was appointed to the court by Governor Matt Mead on June 13, 2014.

Lee received his J.D. from the University of Wyoming Law School. Before his appointment to the court, Lee previously worked as an attorney in private practice and served as a prosecutor for Laramie County. He has also previously served as a magistrate for the First Circuit Court.
