Biography
Talley Sergent graduated from Huntington High School in 1998 and studied journalism and mass communication at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her career experience includes working as the communications director of the 50 State Partnership Project at the Democratic National Committee, the director of strategic initiatives at the U.S. Department of State, and as the West Virginia state director for the Hillary Clinton 2016 Presidential Campaign.[1]
