South Dakota Attorney General election, 2010
The South Dakota Attorney General election of 2010 was held on November 2, 2010. Incumbent Marty Jackley had been appointed on August 14, 2009 to fill the vacancy left by Larry Long's acceptance of a judgeship. Jackley won re-election in 2010, defeating Democrat Ron Volesky.
