New Hampshire Circuit Courts
The New Hampshire Circuit Courts were formed by combining the district courts, family courts and probate courts, effective July 1, 2011. The circuit courts handle 90 percent of all cases filed in the state. There are a total of 10 circuit courts, one for each county in New Hampshire. The Cheshire County marital division is still a part of the Cheshire County Superior Court. All other marital divisions are now part of the circuit courts.[1]
