New Hampshire Family Division
The Family Division has been consolidated into the New Hampshire Circuit Courts, effective July 1, 2011. There are ten divisions of the Circuit Court, one in each county.[1]
History of the Court
From 1984-2011, the Family Division held jurisdiction over family cases involving divorce, child support and delinquency.
