|Nate Cain is a Republican, U.S. Army Veteran, FBI whistleblower, and cybersecurity entrepreneur in Berkley County, West Virginia. Cain is a God-fearing patriot, who loves his family and wants to ensure a future that is free and prosperous for them, and all Americans. He is an America First candidate for West Virginia’s 2nd Congressional District and has a proven track record of integrity, selfless service, personal courage, and loyalty to his country. Cain is focused on restoring our Constitutional freedoms, strengthening our national security, and opening doors to prosperity. He’s intent on fighting federal regulations and policies adversely impacting West Virginia’s potential for growth, especially in the energy, agriculture, manufacturing, and technology sectors, ultimately creating sustainable, high paying jobs and economic self-sufficiency. Nate Cain’s Congressional campaign: https://NateCain4WV.com
- Constitutionally protected freedoms are under siege by an authoritarian, tyrannical deep-state that has weaponized the federal government and its institutions against "We the People.” Nate Cain will fight to strip those enemies-of-the-state of their power; stop their interference with our freedom of speech, freedom of religion, right to bear arms, and right to privacy; put a halt to their corruption of our youth and destruction of our families; and rightfully give that power back to the people.
- The current administration has rapidly weakened our national defenses having introduced woke ideologies into our military doctrine; depleted our weapon stockpiles to support proxy wars around the world; allowed an unrestricted flow of criminals across our borders to poison and destroy future generations; drained our national strategic reserve to sell to our enemies, while cutting our own supply off; and knowingly promoted anti-Christ and anti-family policies destroying the moral fabric of America, much to our enemies delight. Nate Cain will oppose these forces of evil, to restore American strength and security.
- Those powers, not enumerated, to the federal government in the Constitution, must return to the state. It’s time to throw off the yoke of oppression by bloated federal government that has grown too big, regulating and taxing small businesses and industry out of growth, and in some cases, existence. Nate Cain will fight for West Virginian energy independence by supporting the development of a strategic energy reserve under state sovereignty. He’ll go after regulations that prevent interstate commerce, like those having to do with agriculture and energy resources. He will work with state legislators to put an end to federal regulations that hamper the state’s ability to develop economic security and freedom from dependency on federal welfare.

Integrity
Nate Cain demonstrated integrity and courage under pressure as a FBI whistleblower in 2017 and 2018. He is not afraid to speak truth to power and is willing to pursue truth and justice for the American people no matter the cost to him personally.
As a small business owner, he understands the burden placed on job creators, in the form of burdensome taxes and regulation.
As a father, of four grown children, and a husband of 27 years, he is keenly aware of the needs and struggles of the American family today.
As a service disabled U.S. Army veteran, Nate understands the importance of taking care of our vets and ensuring the availability of services to those who have served this country.
As a cybersecurity subject matter expert, for over 25 years, with 20+ years directly working for the Department of Defense, Nate is knowledgeable of the emerging threats to our national critical infrastructure and security in the cyber-warfare domain.
As an election integrity expert witness, in several court filings, including the multi-state filing presented to the U.S. Supreme Court, Nate has the experience to speak to our election security problems.
To represent their constituents and their general welfare, to provide for and maintain the national defense, and to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic.
I would like to leave a legacy that I served honorably and with distinction the country that I love and the people of West Virginia in both their eyes and the eyes of God.
The first historical event I remember is the election of Ronald Reagan being elected in 1980. I was five years old. I remember my parents being happy about the results of the election.
The fact that it is a representative body of the people whereby the people can remove or change their leadership every two years, makes it unique, as well as, the House's power of the purse to defund the federal bureaucracy when necessary. It is important for representative to regularly face their people as a constant reminder of whom they serve.
It can be a benefit for a representative to be experienced in government when his intention is to serve the people but it is not a necessity and is often a hindrance to good governance as time and power leads to greater chance of corruption by that power.
Being an outside brings a fresh perspective without the fog of the political establishment and helps to ensure that representatives are beholden to the people and not special interests.
The biggest challenge that America is facing right now is in holding back the tyranny of an authoritarian administrative deep-state. They do not want to let go of the reign of power and it will take bold and courageous leadership in all three branches to remove them.
Another great challenge America is facing is the degradation of the family and moral fabric of America. Whether it is the multitude of fatherless children, the targeting of our children by those who wish to pervert their sense of self, or the constant drumbeat of the cultural marxists in our universities and institutions to indoctrinate our youth to hate their country and their families, we will perish as a nation if we do not correct this course because they are our future.
It's good because it gives an opportunity for people to change out corrupt politicians. It also forces representatives to campaign and face their constituents, hearing their needs and desires, at a minimum of once every two years.
I think term limits are a necessity. They help to reduce the corruption that inevitably makes its way into career politicians when they hold power for too long. It refreshes the well of new ideas to tackle new emerging problems.
I have great respect for the six holdouts who stood their ground against the masses (Matt Gaetz, Lauren Boebert, Andy Biggs, Bob Good, Matthew Rosendale and Eli Crane) their courageous stance to secure greater influence for the conservatives in the House.
Matt Gaetz has always garnered my respect with his boldness in calling out hypocrisy, while holding a smile.
I also have great admiration and respect for the principled, constitutional stance of members, such as Thomas Massie and former Representative Ron Paul.
As I have traveled around the 2nd District, I have heard from some people in Wetzel County about the effects of Biden's energy policies on jobs in coal country. Also, I have seen with my own eyes, the devastation left in the wake of the shutdown of major industries in the Ohio River valley that affect West Virginians.
I have spoken to a number of people who have recovered from drug addiction of heroin. They have shared with me their personal stories of how they fell into a life of drugs but also how through tough love and in finding God, they were able to turn their lives around.
Yes, when it does not involve breaking from those founding principles that are necessary for the survival and prosperity of our nation, i.e. American freedom, national security, and economic opportunities. If it goes against any of those three, or it is immoral, I will not compromise.
I intend to rally the House to defund every program that is currently working against the American people. The power of the purse is the greatest power the House has to put the administrative deep-state in check.
The House needs to immediately tackle three major issues requiring investigation. It cannot stop with just an investigation. Under Article I Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution, the Congress has the authority to set up tribunals to deal with agency matters. I believe that there needs to be investigations, prosecutions, and judgements for those who have abused their power to harm the American people and deprive them of their civil rights.
The courts I would try to build support to establish would be deal with:
- The weaponization and politicization of the Department of Justice against those Americans with conservative leanings, to include abuses toward January 6'ers
- The COVID response and mass injury to the health of the American people under coercion by federal and state governments and the lies and propaganda promulgate by the NIH, media, and Big Pharma
- The censorship and spying by proxy of the American people through the collusion of government agencies and Big Tech

Cain’s campaign website stated the following:

RESTORING CIVIL LIBERTIES Freedom of Speech and Conscience Religious Freedom Promoting Families and Safeguarding Parental Rights Big-Tech and Government Collusion The Surveillance State & Privacy Rights Ending Medical Tyranny Private Property and Small Business Rights NATIONAL SECURITY US Sovereignty Our Territorial Integrity and Access to International Markets Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Securing The US/Mexico Border and Destroying the Cartels Securing National Critical Infrastructure and Supply Chain Energy Independence Biden chokes the people of the United States, not its enemies. West Virginia can and should be a major contributor to regaining America’s status as the world’s leading energy producer. In addition, the metallurgical properties of West Virginian coal in particular, allow it to be used for a wide variety of high quality construction and manufacturing processes. The Marcellus and Utica Shale formations may as well be gold mines to this state. As a proud West Virginian, you know this. It’s time the rest of the country–and the world–does as well. The U.S. must unshackle itself from its dependency on the energy resources of other nations. We must end Biden’s dismantling of the U.S. energy sector. We should be energy independent and net exporters of oil, natural gas, and coal. Whistleblower Protection The National Owner Operators Association Proudly Endorses Nate Cain, a Military Veteran & Federal Whistleblower for West Virginia’s 2nd District Political Dynamics Heat Up as Riley Moore’s Poll Numbers Fall & West Virginia for Life’s Unprecedented Endorsement Raises Questions WVFL preemptively endorsed Riley Moore, seemingly to bolster his dwindling support, before the official filing in January. West Virginia Statewide Q3 poll suggested that Nate Cain had gained significant ground in the race (+7.96%), with Riley Moore’s support declining (-13.92%). Nate Cain added, “It is indeed perplexing that WVFL overlooked Riley Moore’s close association with Democrat pro-abortion operatives during their endorsement process. Riley Moore’s former role as Vice President at The Podesta Group, raises questions about his alignment with figures like John Podesta, who played crucial roles in Democratic administrations, including Hillary Clinton’s Campaign and in the current Biden administration. It prompts us to question the motive of their early endorsement of a Yes-Man to WV’s political dynasty.” Wanda Franz, the President and Executive Director of WVFL, becomes a focal point in this controversy. Questions arise as to her advocacy of endorsing Riley Moore so early and without considering any other candidates. Cain has demonstrated his unwavering Pro-life stance by authoring The Parental Bill of Rights to West Virginia’s Legislature, which includes important provisions to prevent schools from engaging in out-of-state abortion trafficking. West Virginians want a representative who will prioritize their interests. Cain is a voice for the people and is gaining ground, causing unease amongst the political elite. He remains focused on working for the people and standing against political cronyism. “West Virginians want change. We need a true representative of the people who will not succumb to political pressure and establishment interests. As the primary gets closer, one thing is clear, I represent an existential threat to the political elite. West Virginia is not a club for political dynasties. I am offering the people of West Virginia a chance for a new era of representation based on results, honesty, forthrightness, and action,” Cain declared. “I am here to serve the people of West Virginia, and I am just getting started! It is time to Raise Some Cain!” For media inquiries, please contact: [email protected] Communication Director Nate Cain for Congress Contact: 844-750-0364 Nate Cain is the FBI Whistleblower written about in the Daily Caller.
