Frye ran for election for Mayor of Wichita in Kansas. Frye lost in the primary on August 1, 2023.
Biography
Frye received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Wichita State University.[1] His work experience included working on marketing and creative services in the broadcast television industry and serving as the senior director of investor relations at the Kansas Chamber of Commerce.[1][2]

Nonpartisan primary election
The primary election was canceled. Incumbent Bryan Frye and Mike Magness advanced from the primary for Wichita City Council District 5.
2015
The city of Wichita, Kansas, held elections for mayor and city council on April 7, 2015. A primary took place on March 3, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was January 27, 2015. Three of the six city council seats were up for election.[3]
In the primary election for District 5, Bryan Frye and Gary W. Bond advanced past James F. Breitenbach and William Beliles. Frye defeated Bond in the general election on April 7.[4] Incumbent Jeff Longwell did not run for re-election.[5]
