Colón (Democratic Party) ran for election for Attorney General of New Mexico. He lost in the Democratic primary on June 7, 2022.
Biography
Colón received a bachelor's degree from New Mexico State University and a J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law. He begin practicing law in 2001 and joined Robles, Rael & Anaya in 2006. Colón was elected chairman of the Democratic Party of New Mexico in 2008.[1]

Colon defeated four other challengers in the June 1 primary, winning with 28.67 percent of the vote.[4] He faced John A. Sanchez (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010. Sanchez won the election.[5]
