Art Gardner was a 2014 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. Senate from Georgia.[1] Gardner was defeated in the Republican primary on May 20, 2014.[2]

Career
Garnder has been practicing patent attorney in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to becoming an attorney, he was a manufacturing engineer for Lockheed from 1983 to 1988. From 1973 to 1983 he was a German car mechanic.[3]
