Education
Apte received his B.A. degree (in chemistry) from the University of Miami in 1989 and his J.D. degree from Nova University Law School in 1993.[1]
Career
Apte worked as an assistant state attorney for eight years prior to joining the circuit court in January of 2003.[2] As a circuit judge, he has served in the following divisions: Orange County Juvenile (2003); Osceola County Juvenile (2004), Unified Family Court (2005-2007); Orange County Juvenile (2008-2009) and Orange County Criminal (2010-present).[1]
