In Search of Strength

	Zuko, accompanied by his uncle, embarks on a journey as fugitives from the Fire Nation, grappling with his inner turmoil and seeking a path to strength that will lead him on a transformative quest for redemption.
	The scene starts in an Earth Kingdom forest.
Zuko	[Angrily.] She stabbed me in the back!
Iroh	At least she didn't shoot you with lighting. [Smiling.] Though my beard's had a radiant glow ever since.
Zuko	I'll capture the Avatar and THEN let's see who they call a failure.
Iroh	Zuko, there comes a time in everyone's life where they have to decide between doing what their family expects... ...or forging their own path in life.
Zuko	[Angrily.] How did that work out for you, uncle?
Boy	No! I won't go!
Iroh	[Startled.] Earth Kingdom Soldiers!
Earth Kingdom Soldier	You have a duty to your nation, boy. You will fight.
Zuko	What's going on here?
Boy	Help me!
Earth Kingdom Soldier	Halt! Hindering Earth Kingdom recruitment is treasonous. Hand him over now!
Zuko	Why don't you make me?
	Zuko and Iroh are confronted by Earth Kingdom soldiers and proceed to defeat some of them.
Iroh	How about we all calm down and resolve this peacefully, over tea?
Earth Kingdom Soldier	Get them!
Iroh	[In a fight-ready stance.] *Sigh* Well, I tried.
	Zuko and Iroh fight and defeat the remaining soldiers.
Earth Kingdom Soldier	Ugh!
Boy	W-wait. Stop! [Timidly.] Don't hurt them.
Earth Kingdom Soldier	You'd hide behind some strangers just to evade your responsibilities? [Angrily.] What kind of coward did I raise?!
Boy	Dad... I...
Zuko and Iroh	[Surprised.] !?
Boy	[Smiling.] I'm NOT a coward, but I can not join the Earth Kingdom Army. I'm just NOT suited for the military life, but that doesn't mean I can't fight the Fire Nation in my own way. I've heard of a group of freedom fighters near Ba Sing Se. I... I'm going to try to find them. Maybe then you'll see I'm not a coward. [At his, his father gasps in shock.]
Earth Kingdom Soldier	[Calmly.] Son... I... I was wrong... You're braver than I was at your age. Go! I'll cover for you.
Boy	Goodbye, father. I'll make you proud, in my own way.
	[Narration: Zuko and Iroh are left alone.]
Zuko	... Uncle... I feel like we might have enabled one of our nation's enemies. Was that the right choice?
Iroh	The choices we make, especially the hard ones, define us, Zuko. I don't know if it was the right choice for the world, but maybe it was the right choice for him.
Zuko	...
	The scene ends with Zuko and Iroh smiling.

Battle in New Ozai

	Princess Azula seeks to restore order to New Ozai with her friends, Mai and Ty Lee, by her side.
	Part One starts with Azula, Mai, and Ty Lee training a group of Imperial Soldiers stationed in "New Ozai", soon after the girls' reunion.
Ty Lee	I thought Omashu was supposed to be a friendly city, but people seem really angry all the time. It's scary!
Azula	It's "New Ozai" now, remember? Don't worry. I have plans to bring these peasants under control.
Mai	[Frowning.] Really ...? In my experience people just get MORE angry if you try and...
Azula	[Angrily.] Enough! I can't have you undermining my authority in front of the recruits! [More calmly.] This sparring match should weed out the weakness in New Ozai's ranks.
Ty Lee	So, do your best, everyone!
	Azula's team fights and defeats the first group of soldiers.
Azula	These guards are pathetic. Bring in the next wave.
Ty Lee	[Surprised.] Already? Couldn't we take a teensy break first?
Azula	No need. These guards are no match for us.
	Azula's team defeats the second group of soldiers.
Ty Lee	I'm feeling a little woozy. I need a moment to refresh.
Mai	Go ahead. I'll join you.
Ty Lee	[To Azula, happily.] Why don't you join us? We can all relax together.
Azula	We'll have plenty of time to relax after we've brought this city's chaos under control. [Ty Lee's smile drops.]
	Part Two begins in one of the city's living quarters, presumably occupied by Azula.
Azula	I'm beginning to suspect there are traitors among the city guards.
Mai	[Frowning.] Why do you think that?
Azula	I looked through the most recent report and the number of arrests is suspiciously low. These guards are neglecting their duties.
Ty Lee	[Thoughtful.] Ooh, nice detective work. So, what's your plan?
Azula	We shall perform a covert patrol ourselves to discover who the sympathizer is. [Ty Lee looks excited.]
	The scene switches to show the streets of the city, patrolled by a Fire Nation soldier.
Guard	City guard, open up. Tax collection.
Jade	[Sadly.] Y-yes, Sir. I-I'm sincerely sorry, I don't have enough right now, but with more time I may― I mean, will have the owed amount.
Guard	[Crossing their arms.] This is the last time I'm giving you an extension. Understand?
Azula	[Suddenly intervening, addressing the surprised guard.] How many other times have you allowed this treachery to occur?
Guard	[Hesitantly.] Uh, well. If there's nothing to collect then―
Azula	[Furious.] Nothing to collect?! You didn't even check! Go in there, and take what is rightfully owed to New Ozai.
	Azula, Mai, and Ty Lee confront the residents of Omashu and defeat the first group in a fight.
Civilian	Haven't you invaders stolen enough from us!
Azula	[Laughs.] Stolen? Hah! That explains it. You peasants just don't understand what it means to be governed! Not surprising considering your previous ruler.
Civilian	[Angrily.] King Bumi was a far better ruler than you! TYRANT!!!
Ty Lee	[Hesitantly.] Azula... I'm not sure if.... I don't feel good about....
Azula	[Furious.] I refuse to stand idly by while the rabble dishonor their Firelord's dominion!
	The girls fight and defeat more residents.
	Part Three begins back at the living quarters.
Imperial Soldier	Lady Azula! Our spies have reported a group of bandits organizing a coup in the market district!
Azula	[Angrily.] If these dirt farmers think they can undermine my authority, then they'll suffer for their hubris.
	The next scene shows Azula arriving at the markets to address the people.
Azula	Citizens! I know you're organizing against me. Give me the names of those responsible and I'll let you off the hook... [She stops smiling and frowns in warning.] FAIL to do so, and I'm going to start burning businesses... Starting with...
Crowd	[Shouting in both anger and fear.] Dragon Dumplings! Nooooo!!!
Chef Lee	[Worriedly.] Somebody stop her before she wrecks the best dumpling restaurant in the world!
	Azula, Mai, and Ty Lee, accompanied by an Imperial Firebender, fight and defeat many citizens.
Azula	[Furious.] NAMES! NOW!
Mai	[Tentatively.] I feel like there's a better way to get what we want out of these people.
Ty Lee	You catch more spiderflies with Sweet Buns than you do with Onion Banana juice.
Mai	*Sigh* I actually like that dumpling place....
	Part Four starts on the city's walls, where Azula's team continues to fight the rebelling residents.
Azula	[Angrily.] I'm not joking around! Give me names or I WILL burn this place to the ground!
Mai	Azula... You're going to end up making this situation even worse... [Azula turns to look at Mai in surprise.]
Rebel	[Frowning.] Of course a Firelord's daughter only knows threats and violence to get what she wants.
Azula	There you are. Guards, seize them!
Rebel	[Angrily.] You think you can come into our town and tell us what we can and can't do? [Smiles confidently.] You didn't account for the sheer GRIT of the Earth Kingdom!
	Azula's team defeats the rebels.
Mai	[Looking bored and examining her nails.] Those guys were disappointing. I doubt they were smart enough to organize this coup.
Azula	[Raises an eyebrow.] There must be someone else pulling the strings. [To an Imperial Soldier.] Take those fools back to the barracks and see if you can get anything out of them.
	Part Five continues on New Ozai's walls.
Imperial Soldier	Those prisoners we took have revealed the name of their boss.
Azula	[Smiles widely.] What are you waiting for? Let's bring him in!
Rebel Boss	The harder you crack down on this city, the harder we'll fight for our freedom!
Ty Lee	[Thoughtfully.] I know he's a villain, but I kind of see his point.
Azula	Crush him!
Rebel Boss	You can't control us. You'll never control us.
Azula	Then you give me no choice, but to destroy you.
	Azula's team defeats some of the rebels.
Rebel Boss	[Smiles.] You might crush me, but the spirit of the Earth Kingdom is greater than I am.
Azula	[Yelling with a wide cruel smile.] Then I will crush the ENTIRE EARTH KINGDOM if that's what it takes.
Mai	[Taken aback.] Uh. Azula... Listen to yourself.
	The Fire Nationals fight and defeat the remaining rebels.
Rebel Boss	You've failed.
Azula	[Angrily.] What?!!! I've won! I've defeated you! How can you say I've failed?!!! [She seemingly loses consciousness.]
Ty Lee	[Surprised.] Woah. I think she passed out from sheer frustration.
Mai	Yep, completely imploded. Let's get her lying down somewhere safe.
Azula	[Wakes up, confused.] Ungh... What happened...?
Mai	[Smiles briefly.] The Coup has been crushed, but... There's a good chance we'll see a bigger resistance after this.
Azula	Then I will crush that, too!
Ty Lee	[Frowning in frustration.] ... Has she learned nothing? The harder she tries to control everyone, the more people resist her.
Mai	Yeah, but this is Azula we're talking about. Maybe one day she'll learn, hopefully.... [Both girls look sad.]
	End of the scene.
