you sign up to our newsletter. The legal basis for collecting this information is consent. We collect your email address and your first name. We use these for sending you our newsletter. We only send you our newsletter if you choose to subscribe on our website. You can remove consent by unsubscribing from our newsletter at any time;
you contact us about our products or services. The legal basis for collecting this information is the performance of a contract. We collect the information you give us to answer your questions. For example, this might be your name and email address;
we are legally obliged by HMRC to keep records of our financial transactions (including customer orders). We collect your name, address, company name (if provided) and order number.
Who has access to your information

If you have ordered a newspaper we might invite you by email to review our services and products. We use an external company, Trustpilot A/S, to collect your feedback which means we will share your name, email address and order number with them. Retention
We only keep your personal information for as long as we need to. We will normally delete unused accounts (including unordered newspapers) after two years. By law, we have to keep records of our sales for up to seven years. After this time we will delete any personal information.

Non-sensitive details (for example, your email address) are transmitted over the Internet, and can never be guaranteed to be secure.
