The delivery cost to one address is included in the prices on our website. All orders are shipped from the UK.
Some customers outside the UK may have to pay VAT and customs clearance fees before they can receive their newspapers. These fees are not included in the prices on our website and depend on what you're ordering and where it's being delivered.
All orders shipping to the EU incur extra fees on import. These fees consist of VAT at the local rate plus a customs clearance fee, which is a minimum of €20 and increases with the value of the order. The fees are collected by DHL, who deliver the newspapers. The fees need to be paid by the recipient before the order can be delivered.
Please check the regulations in your country to see how it affects you. If you have any questions please write to us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to help.
Orders being delivered to countries outside the EU may also incur extra tax and customs fees. Please check the regulations in your country before ordering.

We send newspapers out in hard-backed envelopes, boxes and pallets depending on the size of the order. Generally:
Orders should arrive in 1-7 working days in the UK. International deliveries can take slightly longer. Delivery times can depend upon the product and paper stock. Generally, our 55gsm digital tabloids have the fastest turnaround time. For a more accurate timescale, please check the delivery calculator at the top of this page.
Please note that we cannot guarantee any delivery dates or times, as unforeseen circumstances such as traffic and weather can affect the schedule. This information is a general guide only.
Royal Mail deliveries will be sent by standard business post and do not need to be signed for. Generally they take 1-7 working days to arrive after ordering.
These deliveries are not trackable so if you need your newspapers quickly, or if you have any problems receiving mail at your address, please choose courier delivery.
Courier deliveries are sent on a UK overnight service after they have been picked up. Usually they are taken out for delivery the next working day and need to be signed for. Please supply a working phone number with your order in case the courier needs to contact you.
We will send you a reference number before the delivery arrives so that you can track your delivery on the DPD website.
Large orders will be sent by pallet. If your newspapers weigh more than approximately 90kg (for example, 1,000 x 16-page broadsheets, 2,000 x 16-page tabloids, or 4,000 x 16-page minis) your order will be sent on a pallet. Please check that your delivery address can accept pallets, and that there is suitable access for large delivery vehicles.
All pallet deliveries are to the kerbside only. The driver is not responsible for bringing deliveries inside. It is the customer's responsibility to offload the contents of the pallet.
Pallet deliveries are not usually trackable. Please contact us for an update on your order.
If you are ordering a large quantity of newspapers and would like to arrange an alternative type of delivery please contact us before placing your order.
Generally, international orders sent by air will arrive 2-8 working days after ordering. For a more accurate timescale, please check the delivery calculator at the top of this page. Please contact us if you require tracking information.
