Your dream house just became available and it's all thanks to Ben Affleck.
The actor is now selling his stunning 87-acre Hampton Island property for $8.9 million through Engel & Volkers, People reports. While it will cost you a pretty penny, we think its stately pillars, breezy porch, and Greek-revival look are priceless.
The private estate, which is just 35 miles of Savannah, Georgia, features a 6,000-square-foot mansion (nicknamed the "Big House"), plus a cottage and guest house. Inside the historic-looking home, you'll find four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, 15-foot ceilings, beautiful wood floors, and several grand fireplaces.
Just a short walk away, you'll find a rustic 10,000-square-foot guest cottage nicknamed the "Oyster House." With its three master suites and bunk bed set up (made from reclaimed boats), you can easily sleep 20 of your friends and family members—with room to spare.
Take another walk around the property, and you'll run into the "Summer Cottage," which comes with an enormous screened-in living area and deck outfitted with everything you need for an epic outdoor party on the North Newport River.
Variety reports that the secluded island (which is only open to visitors via invitation), has a golf course and equestrian establishment, so there's plenty to keep you busy ... though with that porch and those views, we have a feeling you wouldn't leave home all that often.
