So I was working on a skeletron arena but dungeon was very far from my base so I decided to build a pylon system to the beach but guess what my NPCs didn't sell the beach pylon even though there were 2 NPCs and two town pets which should fill the requirements I guess
I thought it was just with the beach but my NPCs in my base didn't sell the forest pylon too 💀

@Sir Kirby! (pinging just so you see) My Summoner-only run is complete! It was honestly easier than I thought, and I beat it in a faster time than I beat it my first playthrough. The only damage I dealt was through minions and whips, and accidentally picaxes. Unfortunately, that also includes the gelatinous pillion, which I used all throughout hardcore without even thinking, but since Sir Kirby! said that mounts are summons, I think I'm fine.
My map as of right now.
Don't hate on the fit. I have had it since prehardmode or early hardmode.
After some work ig.
Ik most of you aren't gonna read to here, but...
Fought king slime in hardmode, so ez.
Fought eye of cthulhu first using flinx staff and robe, so also ez.
Fought brain of cthulhu using flinx staff and robe, very quick fight.
Fought skeletron using flinx staff and robe, and snapthorn.
Fought queen bee using imp staff (x2 or x3 don't remember)
Fought Deerclops in hardmode, so ez.
Fought WoF using imp staff, bee armor, and spinal tap.
Fought queen slime 3 times before beating her, used spider staff and spider armor, and spinal tap.
Fought skeletron prime, beating him on the second try, using blade staff and spider armor, as well as the gelatinous pillion, and the cool whip.
Fought The Destroyer, accidentally cheesed him (my bad) I was building an asphalt track to run across while fighting him and possibly the twins, but when I summoned he just barely reached over the bridge, making it so I only got hit like 3 times by lasers, beat him using blade staff and spider armor, and the cool whip.
Fought the twins about 3 times before beating them using spider staff and spider armor, and the cool whip, and gelatinous pillion.
Fought plantera once before beating her on my second try, using blade staff, and then swapped between durendal and cool whip.
I did upwards of 28 pumpkin moons without getting the dark harvest, so I decided just to try to fight golem without it.
Fought Golem and beat him first try (ofc), using morning star and the deadly sphere staff, and spooky armor. (ninja gear or whatever (crafted with tabi and blackbelt and climbing tools) was super helpful)
Never fought empress of light or duke fishron.
Fought the lunatic cultist, only got hit twice, using ninja gear, gelatinous pillion, deadly sphere staff, spooky armor, and morning star.
Fought moon lord with stardust dragon, spooky armor, morning star.

If I want to make a farm pre-hardmode, do I only plant herbs? Can I use any other plants in my farm? If so, what kind of plants? Sorry if these questions seem dumb. I'm pretty new to the game, so I don't know much about farming.
Re logic should add dialogue for Lucy the axe when you use another axe

I am doing a summon only run, where I can only hit enemies with summons or whips (pickaxes on accident), and I just wrecked pre-hardmode, I forgot how easy it is. I think that even the mech bosses aren't THAT hard, although obviously more challenging.
It feels weird seeing everyone prep for bosses and whatever because my first time beating it I had no need for any preparation, no potions, no arena. Is it because i'm not playing in expert or master mode, or are other people just being silly? The most arena I had was for moon lord, which was a house with a nurse that I ran to whenever I got low.
Note: do dark mode to see it
I'm a beginner builder, watched a couple tips, and made this. I'm proud of it, and I'll be grateful for the criticism of more experienced builders.
About to gift my friend my old 3DS, he has heard of Terraria and really did want to try it so I preinstalled 3DS Terraria along with it. Does anyone have some tips for him so he isn't confused the whole time and I have to carry him the whole game?
I've made:
A custom Dungeon.
Transformed the Ocean.
Transformed the other Ocean into a Red Desert.
Made houses in every Biome for every NPC.
Made a Cherry Blossom, Truffle, and Steampunk Sky Island.
Made a custom tree-house for the Zoologist.
Made a Coral-Reef and two Lost City of Atlantis inspired houses in the actual Ocean.
A lot more stuff.

With enough luck, if you continuously randomize a world name, it's possible to eventually get "The Paradise of Gangsters"
I say pickaxes, simply because:
DRILLS DON'T WORK RIGHT
Unless you have NO MINING BUFF WHATSOEVER, they are better. If you have a buff at 5%, Pickaxes are just as good. If you have any 10% buff, you're literally better. AND YOU CAN'T BUFF DRILLS.
I just had to share this because I found it so funny (I'm a big Simpsons fan)
The surface over world will only be an island about 300 blocks wide, with grassland and jungle biomes on both sides, and there is no limit to the worlds border, meaning you can dig for resources. the underground containing battling crimson/corruption biomes, desert, underground jungle, and arctic, and with an underworld and Greater Underworld, which is essentially just a post-plantera crimson desert covered in underworld creatures, lava, occasional oasis with traders, and the area spawns pre-hardmode bosses like regular enemies, but are rarer than, say, a fire imp or demon, and has its own, post-plantera version of the WoF. But the surface (Just after reading the lore of Cthulu twice) is a final boss arena, having a large dock to both sides of the Island, set up as an arena, one side spawning Cthulu (As of the concept), and the other summoning the moon lord. (Cthulhu pre-plantera, Moon lord stays the same.)
