Needs to automatically stamp "club" stamp cards. Its easy to forget to bring up the specific barcode when in a rush of the store is busy. The fact that conpetitor apps can automatically track their own such deals also leads to the assumption that this would do the same. After having multiple drinks not counted towards the "drink club" I am significantly less likely to return as any sort of a regular as the cost vs convenience is not really worth it when compared to the alternatives due to this.

The account won't let me put my phone number with my app. Super frustrating. I've been trying to find a solution to this for over a year, at this point it might be 2 years. Edit... 4 YEARS later.... a few months ago they FINALLY fixed it for me over the phone but it still took TWO phone calls and a follow-up phone call to do it. Thanks. But I can't get punches on my drink card without pulling up the app so feels like two steps forward one step back.

Consistently crashes and freezes. I've tried using this app to order for delivery twice now, and both times, the app crashed at least 5 to 7 times during my ordering process. I had to exit and clear the cache each time before going back into the app to continue my order. Many times, while changing screens, the app will just freeze and then close out on its own.
