Annoying app. Incredibly slow doing anything, and it freezes on curbside screens. Unable to do curbside pickup lately because the app won't load the screen that shows the options for which type of car and color. Even before that, everything loads incredibly slowly in the app. Running this poorly on a quality smartphone is ridiculous in 2024. No problems with other apps, so this is all Subway.

In the latest update, the app has become super buggy and slow. Lately it's forgotten my login info and I've had to sign in again. That happens basically every time I close the app. The app doesn't load the menu fast despite me being on 5g. There's also an unnecessary slow animation when you add an item to your bag. These issues weren't present in earlier versions of the app.

The Subway app is complete garbage. I have tried multiple times to order through their app on different days, and every time, the payment step will not complete. I have tried multiple different cards, ordering as a guest, and even downloading the app on a separate device to no avail. I don't understand how a company can run an app so terribly that I can't do the one thing it was designed for.
